aww come on it was such a nice anime movie and a nice change to the usaul headstrong hero versions, but it was so lush my favourite part would have to be,..um well have you guys watched it?

I have and it's one of my favorite works by Myazaki(Sp?). I liked it more than Howl's moving castle anyways. It was a pretty good family movie and deserved the oscar it got. It's a shame disney didn't promote it more because I think they could have had a mild hit on their hands.

yes i found it very enjoyable it was 1 of those movies where if u were older you would enjoy due to its storyline and such and if you are young, well they watch anything

I loved this movie The hamster and the mini-bird were sooo funny! *bzzzzzzzzzzz*

But I like Howl's Moving Castle better...

Have the DVD in my bookcase, but I haven't watched it yet... perhaps I'll watch it the day after my next exam to take a rest.

Glad to see that it wasn't a waste of money ^^

I love Spirited away, it was one of the first decent anime movies I watched. Ghost in the Shell: Innocence takes the cake for me though

i've never watched it. from whta i've seen in commercials it looks a little too fanciful/girly/toddlerish. is it actually anything like that?

I'd also recommend My Neighbour Totoro (also from Miyazaki) .

When it was first release, someone (i forget who) give me a copy. I look at the box and trew in some corner of my house. It was never opened or founded. No I never seen it.

I think anime in general is pretentious garbage but I have to say I really enjoyed that film.
